I. Selection and improvement of fan blade materials
1. Material selection: The selection of fan blade materials directly affects the performance, life and manufacturing cost of the fan blades. Through multiple tests, we have found the proportion of new materials to improve the durability and stability of the fan blades.
2. Material processing: Appropriate heat treatment of the materials improves the hardness and toughness of the fan blades, making them reach the best use state.
II. Optimization of fan blade structure
1. Reasonable design: When designing fan blades, we fully consider reasonable shapes and structures to facilitate manufacturing and maintenance. At the same time, strictly meet the actual installation requirements and improve production efficiency.
2. Application of advanced technology: Using computer-aided design (CAD), 3D simulation analysis (Solidworks) and other technologies, the fan blades can be designed more accurately, and the design accuracy and efficiency can be improved.
III. Optimization of fan blade air volume
We select the fan blade with the optimal air volume structure by adjusting the blade angle, blade pitch, blade size, etc., and testing the fan blades with different parameters. Secondly, we also make full use of parametric modeling and CFD (computational fluid dynamics) simulation to optimize the fan design, accurately simulate the fan's flow field and performance, make the fan blades blow air more smoothly, greatly reduce the machine noise, and increase the machine's air volume and user comfort.
At the same time, we also strictly select the appropriate motor. After multiple standardized matching, we optimize the motor, balance the optimal rotation speed of the motor and the fan blade, and increase the stability of the fan assembly.
