Improvement case of frequency conversion machine

1. We optimized the design structure of the heat exchanger and adopted a multi-tube design. Through multiple tests, we selected the appropriate pipeline flow mode and pipe layout method, which improved the flow speed and uniformity of the refrigerant, thereby improving the cooling or heating effect of the system.

2. We used a high-efficiency dual-rotor variable frequency compressor as the core component of the variable frequency refrigerator. This compressor has a higher energy efficiency ratio and a longer service life. It can reduce energy consumption while ensuring the cooling effect, and fully maximize the energy efficiency ratio of the refrigerator.

3. Hardware composition: We redesigned the variable frequency air conditioning system, including the variable frequency compressor and its control circuit, automatic adjustment throttling components (electronic expansion valve, electromagnetic stop valve) and other key components, so that according to the changes in indoor load, the inverter adjusts the operating speed of the compressor to achieve dynamic adjustment of the cooling capacity. When the indoor load requirement is high, the compressor motor frequency increases and the cooling capacity increases; when the indoor load requirement is reduced, the compressor frequency decreases and the cooling capacity decreases. Through the redesigned refrigeration system, the machine frequency increase and decrease is smoother, the user experience is better, and the service life of the machine is increased. After reaching the set temperature, the variable frequency air conditioner achieves energy saving by reducing the operating speed of the compressor. Compared with ordinary air conditioners, variable frequency air conditioners have significant advantages in energy saving.

4. We use more environmentally friendly refrigerants to reduce the negative impact on the environment. At the same time, optimize the recycling of refrigerants and improve utilization efficiency.
